Jim led the way in celebrating the beautiful sunrise today, he let us know that June 14th 1775 was the birth of the US Army, June 14th 1949 was Flag Day, June 14th 1970 he married his high school sweet heart (June 14th 1979 may have been his son’s birthday wasn’t clear on that).
Bud put in to acknowledge his 38th year anniversary.
Thomas put in for his son turning 16 yrs. old today and starting his first job at Publix. He is “becoming a man.”
Rick wanted to celebrate the upcoming presentation and honor his in-law’s 51 years together.
Andy Busch celebrated his 18th year anniversary, and spoke of their recent Roanoke 8-mile hike, that hosted some unexpected guests...a black bear mother and her cubs!
Mike held up his favorite drink, Dr. Pepper making it # 2 favorite spot as listed by Washington Post this week. He also put in some for his granddaughter’s 8th grade graduation.

Trudie also contributed in honor of her parent’s 51-year anniversary. They taught her what true love, friendship and partnership should be like. She thanked Debbie for her friendship and support, and confirmed what we all know, “Dr. Debbie is a gift to our community.”
Michelle officially quit working for the Lions, so she is all in for Rotary. She also put some in for her son’s graduation obtaining his degree.
